Status, October 2026: current. Allen & Heath still lists the Xone:24C beside the all-analogue Xone:24.
What it is
The Xone:24C is a compact 2+1 channel DJ mixer from Allen & Heath that pairs an analogue signal path with a USB-C audio interface (Allen & Heath product page). It was announced in October 2025 together with the Xone:24, and the pair replaced the Xone:23C and Xone:23 (gearnews). The mixing section is the Xone:24's: RIAA phono preamps, a three-band isolator EQ with total kill on channels 1 and 2, one Xone:VCF high-pass and low-pass filter with resonance, a 45 mm mini innoFADER crossfader with three curves, and a master insert for external effects. There are no built-in effects.
The C adds a class-compliant 24-bit, 96 kHz interface with three stereo inputs and three stereo outputs, set at power-up to Stream, DVS Pro or DAW mode, and every channel can play USB audio from a computer, iPad or phone. Two powered USB-C hub ports replace the X:Link socket of earlier Xone mixers and take a Xone:K3 or other class-compliant controllers, and the faders, crossfader, filter and cue buttons send MIDI (Xone:24C User Guide). macOS and iOS need no driver; Windows uses Allen & Heath's ASIO driver. djay Pro has supported it since version 5.6.
The rear panel has two phono and three line inputs on RCA, a combi input for a dynamic mic, a balanced XLR master, RCA booth and record outputs, the RCA insert send and return and an earth post; headphones take 1/4" or 3.5 mm jacks. It measures 190 x 314 x 108 mm and weighs 2.8 kg. The box holds the mixer, a DC power supply with IEC cable, a QR card and a safety booklet.
