All twelve professional reviews recommend it as the nearest all-in-one to a CDJ-3000 and DJM-A9 booth, with four standalone decks and full-size jog wheels. Eight reviews and one owner call it expensive, and it has no stems or sampler. Early units lost audio or froze until firmware 1.05; three of the ten owner reviews read mention it. Buy it to practise for club gear; for more features for the money, reviewers point to the Denon Prime 4+.
From 12 professional reviews and 10 owner reviews: a fair amount of evidence.
All twelve professional reviews recommend it as the closest all-in-one to a CDJ-3000 and DJM-A9 club setup, for four standalone decks, a large touchscreen and CDJ-size jog wheels, and owners repeat the club feel. The repeated reservations are a high price, few streaming services at launch, no stems or sampler and its weight; early units lost audio or froze until firmware 1.05, and owner evidence is thin.

The XDJ-AZ is a four-channel all-in-one DJ system from AlphaTheta, the company behind Pioneer DJ. AlphaTheta announced it on 10 October 2024 as the successor to the XDJ-XZ, with a layout and jog feel taken from the CDJ-3000 multi player and the DJM-A9 mixer.
It plays four decks on its own from USB drives, and over Wi-Fi from Apple Music, Beatport Streaming, Spotify and Tidal through StreamingDirectPlay, each with that service's own subscription. rekordbox CloudDirectPlay needs a rekordbox Creative or Professional plan or the Cloud Option. Plugged into a computer over USB-C, it runs rekordbox in Performance mode or Serato DJ Pro without a paid plan for either; Serato DJ Pro support arrived in December 2024.
A 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen sits above the mixer, and each deck has a 206 mm jog wheel and eight back-lit Performance Pads. The mixer carries 14 Beat FX, 6 Sound Color FX and a 3-band master EQ.
For connections it has two USB-A ports for drives, a USB-C port for a computer, a LAN port for Pro DJ Link with other players, Bluetooth 5.3, and a SonicLink transmitter for AlphaTheta's HDJ-F10 wireless headphones. Inputs are two line/phono RCA pairs and two XLR/TRS combo microphone inputs. Outputs are a master on XLR and on RCA, a booth on 1/4-inch TRS, and headphones on 1/4-inch and 3.5 mm jacks. It measures 895 mm wide and weighs 13.5 kg.
In the box are the power cord, a Quick Start Guide, the precautions for use and, in some regions, a warranty card.
12 professional reviews (12 recommend, 0 mixed, 0 avoid); 10 owner reviews read at Guitar Center (12 posted across the black and gold editions, 2 under 20 words skipped); Thomann lists only accessories for it, not the unitCompiled 2026-10-10How this is compiled
The box holds a power cord, Quick Start Guide, precautions for use and, in some regions, a warranty; master outputs are XLR and RCA, booth is a 1/4" TRS jack Manufacturer spec sheet (AlphaTheta), checked 2026-10-12
Not supplied; there are 1/4" and 3.5 mm headphone outputs, and wireless SonicLink monitoring works only with AlphaTheta's HDJ-F10 headphones Manufacturer spec sheet (AlphaTheta), checked 2026-10-12
