Reloop is back at it again with another impressive piece of DJ gear that is perfect for beginners and veterans alike.
Here, we have the Reloop Stand Hub, a laptop stand that is perfect for gigs and working in the studio. And while it is a bit on the pricier side of things, I think that, if you can swing it, this will be a serious godsend for your performance.
Let’s take a look at the Reloop Stand Hub.
Firstly…
Is the Reloop Stand Hub Any Good?
While not the best stand out there, the Reloop Stand Hub is a great option for just about everyone and certainly worth playing around with, especially if you don’t already have a stand at home. One for the list!

Reloop Stand Hub: First Impressions
Starting off with its physical makeup, the Reloop Stand Hub comes to you flat in a black zipped plastic bag. The bag has a few internal pockets where you can store your different cables.
Once you get a chance to open it up, you see two small screw-in stoppers that are on the platform’s face. These are there to keep the laptop from slipping or falling.
There are also some sticky-backed foam strips that you can attach to the legs holding the laptop so that it’s even more secure.
I do have to say that I appreciate them putting as much focus and attention on the laptop’s security.
Yeah, you’d expect that to be the case, but you’d be surprised how many other stands and laptop holders seem to skimp out on that front.
Overall, the Reloop Stand Hub is reasonably secure. Its metal structure, while not the best there is, does a well enough job and certainly should keep anything from falling over so long as you’re being careful.
The Reloop Stand Hub has push-in metal stoppers that are completely spring-loaded which align with the holes cut out between the inner and out tubes.
These alignment options make adjusting the stand into various positions incredibly easy and customizable.
As an example, you have the option of the more classical “C” position or you could make the stand take on a more “Z” design. Because it’s as tweakable as it is, you can create a ton of different positions and angles.
I think that’s where the “fun factor” comes in here.
Overall, it’s a largely impressive stand. While I think the customization effect is pretty neat, it’s not something I expect people are going to do a ton of playing with, especially after finding a design that works for them.
Still, it’s kind of unique, and unique always wins points in my book.

A Deeper Look
Checking out the rest of the stand’s features outside of its build and design, the Reloop Stand Hub makes a point of giving you a surprising amount of sockets in the stand itself.
Once you’ve attached your laptop to the stand, you’ll see there is a USB-C to USB-C port located in the left-hand area.
When connected, blue LED lights will act as a backlight for the four additional USB-A sockets. These sit directly between the two USB-C sockets.
This gives you an assortment of plug-in options for different devices, ranging from Midi controllers to decks to DJ controllers and other electronic devices.
It’s essentially meant to be a one-stop shop power hub for all your performing devices.
The only downside is the fact that, because the port is USB-C, if you’re using a Windows computer, you may need to look into an adapter, which is kind of shortsighted on their end.
Still, most people do use Macs when it comes to DJing (at least in my experience), so I’m not sure how much of a problem this really is.

Reloop Stand Hub: The Verdict
The Reloop Stand Hub really wants to make itself known here, and I’ve got to give them some credit for it. It’s not the best option out there, but it’s also not the most expensive or trying to be the best option out there.
Here, it works great for people that need a quality laptop stand and doesn’t want to worry about their computer falling over in the middle of a gig.
I think the fact that you can control the look and way your stand is shaped is more than a little cool, even if you’ll probably cycle between your favorite one or two designs 99% of the time.
