RuptureLDN has released a four-track EP honoring Corsica Studios, the South London venue that has hosted the drum & bass night since 2008. The compilation features productions from residents Mantra, Double O, dBridge, and Skeptical.
18 Years at Elephant & Castle
The release marks nearly two decades of RuptureLDN operating at the Elephant Road venue. According to DJ Mag, the EP pays "homage to a space that has been our home for 18 years."
Corsica Studios has operated out of converted railway arches since 2002, becoming a fixture in London's underground electronic music circuit. The venue's two rooms have hosted everyone from dubstep pioneers to techno mainstays, but RuptureLDN's residency represents one of its longest-running partnerships with a single night.

The Contributors
The four producers on the compilation represent different eras and styles within RuptureLDN's history. dBridge, who founded Exit Records in 2003, has been a central figure in the deeper, more experimental side of drum & bass for over two decades. Skeptical runs his own Ingredients Records imprint and has been a Rupture resident since the early 2010s.
Mantra and Double O have both maintained regular slots at the night while releasing on labels including Metalheadz, Critical Music, and Samurai Music. The four-track format allows each artist to contribute a single production, creating a snapshot of the night's current sonic direction rather than a retrospective compilation.
Venue Pressures
The release arrives during continued pressure on London's independent venue sector. Corsica Studios itself has faced multiple challenges over its 24-year history, including noise complaints and development threats common to venues operating in railway arches across the capital.
Tribute releases from club nights to their home venues remain relatively uncommon in electronic music, where labels typically focus on standard artist releases rather than location-specific projects. The EP functions as both a commercial release and a document of a specific time and place in London's drum & bass scene.
The four-track EP is available now through RuptureLDN's channels. The night continues its regular programming at Corsica Studios.
